Extensive experience in access control systems and security control systems, such as those used by international airports worldwide, has been the basis of the design for our stadium access control system.

It integrates with your existing turnstiles, mechanical or electrical and uses contactless MIFARE® smart cards, rather than old technology magnetic stripe cards or insecure bar-coded cards, giving rapid access.

For added security, it is very simple to deactivate an access control card in order to refuse access to trouble makers or to disable lost or stolen cards.

Contactless smart cards, using RFID technology, have a microchip which cannot be seen or damaged and can be used for up to five years. An access control card has advanced security similar to that used in credit cards.

Supporters need only present their smart card in front of the smart card reader at the turnstile, meaning that the turnstiles need not be manned and giving further cost savings to the club.

The failsafe design means each turnstile operates independently, leading to high availability and easy access even during communication or power failures.

Should there be any queries from supporters trying to gain access, stewards are equipped with wireless online hand-held units which give dynamic access to match information and supporter entry details, immediately indicating if the supporter’s card is valid, and showing the complete access control card history.
