Customer Relationship Management gives you information.

CRM entails a co-ordinated approach to a company’s interaction with its customers.  The customer database which exists as part of Stadiacard’s Select Ticketing System has a wealth of data about customers which is just waiting to be turned into useful information, with the potential to be used to promote your products and services and manage the interaction between a club and its customers.

The CRM module of the Select suite gives you this capability.  Customer data can be filtered by virtually any combination of field type, enabling you to identify which customers meet your chosen criteria.  Marketing campaigns and once-off product promotions can be mounted, using these filters, by email, letters or mobile communications and the results of the campaign stored for future reference.

Customer contact is also audit trailed, meaning that any type of contact – telephone, written or personal - can be logged, edited and updated, issue ownership established and resolution monitored. This helps to improve customer satisfaction, which in turn promotes sales.

The Select CRM module is completely integrated into the Ticketing and Access Control modules and gives you the information you need to manage your customer base.
